IP EDGE-ON WINDER
The Edge-on Winder is a custom designed machine for the forming of copper IP Field coils. The machine is preprogrammed to form up to ten different coil configurations.
The machine can also accommodate left and right hand coil directions. Adapting the machine for different coils types can be done in a few minutes.
The current setup accommodates the following coil configurations:
• Inside pitch distance from 277 to 358mm
• Inside diameter from 41 to 58mm
• Copper strips thickness from 2.5 to 7mm
• Copper strip width from 28 to 37mm
